• Unlimited in-person planning meetings to create your perfect day.

• Day of onsite program assistant (to move things along smoothly)

• Sound system with wireless microphone, DJ background music for cocktail hour and dinner (Island, Hawaiian, Top 40, contemporary, or whatever is desired). Also, you can plug the slide show audio (sound) into the sound system.

• Dance Effect lighting system.
  Assist in the development of the reception event program timeline.

• Derrick "Spaz" Bulatao as your MC for your entire reception.

• Putting together a custom music playlist for the program, dances, and musical backdrop. 

• Special song edits and mixes for the program.

• One in-person planning meeting to go over your big day.

• Sound system with wireless microphone, DJ background music for cocktail hour and dinner (Island, Hawaiian, Top 40, contemporary, or whatever genre is desired). Also, you can plug the slide show audio (sound) into our sound system.

• Dance Effect lighting system.

• Professional MC for your entire event. (Make announcements and run the program agenda that you have created)

• Provide music for the program, dances, and music backdrop. 

• Professional DJ mixing for the dance portion.

• This package requires that you have a professional wedding coordinator to help guide the reception details*

• One (1) in-person planning meeting to create your perfect day.

• Dance Effect lighting system.

• Putting together music for the program, dances, and music backdrop.

MC Wedding Package $1,200.00 Includes:

• Up to Two (2) in-person planning meetings to create your perfect day.

• Creation of your program timeline to ensure a smooth-flowing reception.

• Professional MC services for the entire event for a maximum program timeline of 5 hours ($300.00 for each additional hour).

 

Wedding Officiant Package $400.00 Includes:

• Up to Two (2) in-person or virtual meeting planning meetings to create your perfect ceremony.

• Up to Two (2) hours at ceremony rehearsal run-through.

• Performing your Wedding ceremony, signing, and filling out your wedding license.

Monogram Services:

Add a custom look to your event by adding on a static (still) or a full-color full-motion monogram. 

We would create a still or moving full-color monogram of your event's name or the guest of honor's name that would project on a backdrop, wall, or screen.

• Static (still) Monogram creation and projector rental Package: $300.00

• Full-Color Motion Monogram creation and projector rental Package: $500.00

Slide Show Production Package $300.00:  

Give us 100 photos, 4 song choices, and your theme and we will create a top-grade professional slide show with animation and cool transitions all in sync with the music.   

 

Live Band Sound System Package $800.00 Includes:

• Set up and breakdown of the sound system.

• Sound technician to run and mix sound for band performance.

• 4 Shure Microphones with boom stands.

• 4 DI’s (Direct Input Box for instruments).

• 10-Channel Yamaha Mixing Board.

• 2 Mackie Thump powered speakers on stands.

• 2 Eon-powered floor monitors.

Cold Spark Rental Service Package 2 Units for $600.00 or 4 units for $1,000.00:

• Depending on what package you go with the Cold Spark rental service includes

• Two (2) or Four (4) Cold Spark Fountains with our indoor/outdoor powder.

• Each fountain will provide at least twelve 10-second bursts that emit a

       beautiful fountain of cold sparks up to 6-9' high!

Up-lighting is the art of painting with light to create a truly magical background for the most beautiful and well-planned event. Up-lighting brings your wedding or function to life, dresses, flowers, and the room will all work together to create an inviting entertaining space. The secret lies in the type of lighting, where to place the lighting, and using it to enhance and boost the already beautiful aspects of your wedding. 

 

How Up-lighting Works:

Lights are placed on the ground facing the wall or the element of the room you would like to illuminate. Depending on the effect you want, maybe a touch of “blue” to match the favors and cake, or another color to enhance the flowers and arrangements. You can pick from many different colors. You have up to 12 lights to dress up your stage, head table, or entire room. The lights used are the safest and most environmentally friendly. They run off battery power so no cords for your guest to trip on. The lights are LED so there are no bulbs to burn out or replace and lights draw very little energy and put out low heat (so no risk of fire or burn injuries).
